operation-codepink-(campaign)
Operation CODEPINK is an investigative campaign of articles, wiki-pages, relationship webs, tables, and more. It was published by The Xibao Times in 2024 and is an ongoing attempt to document, chart, and bring attention to the Chinese-propaganda-machine and the influence it wields throughout the United States, Canada, and other countries in the West.
The findings of the campaign document ties between members of the Chinese Communist Party, American 510(c)3 non-profit organizations, and various other organizations in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Russia, China, Turkey and more.
The campaign began being rolled out on the Nostr platform, Wikifreedia starting in February, 2024. It is an ongoing campaign and is incomplete at the current publishing date of 6/26/2024. More detailed reports will be published on other clients such as Highlighter and Slidestr

Key findings
-
Renmin University of China, Fudan University, Beijing Normal University and other public Chinese universities, as well as their affiliated think-tanks, Chongyang Institute and China Institute have deep influence into the international propaganda being spewed abroad. Top policy and strategy appears to begin around here and makes its way down towards the lower level propagandists.
-
Gigantic sums of money (at least $48M+) have been funneled through People’s Support Foundation and Goldman Sach’s Philanthropy Fund; which have made contributions to The Peoples Forum, Tricontinental Institute for Social Research, CODEPINK and others. Neville Roy Singham is believed to be the main source of funds. A detailed report can be found here. [3]
-
Various anti-west campaigns such as No Cold War, Friends of Socialist China and China is Not Our Enemy link prominent western figures with Chinese State Media. They have ties to Russian State Media and seem to be the linking factor between the smaller NGOs and coalitions.
-
Li Jing Jing appears to be the Zoom host for a No Cold War webinar as seen at the start of this video. This would be contrary to the “independence” of the campaign and hint that Chinese State Media is behind the “movement” [4]
-
Wang Wen and John Ross work together at Chongyang Institute (Renmin). They have co-authored academic papers with Vijay Prashad and Martin Jacques which were published in a Chongyang journal.
-
The list of signatories on the No Cold War website is filled with Chinese State Media and Russian State Media affiliations.
-
Pivot to Peace is accepting donations through Progress Unity Fund, a small single family home associated with Susan Muysenberg. Several other charities in this ring operate using this same opaque structure.
-
Many of the news outlets and misinformation campaigns joined Youtube/Twitter/Facebook around the same time in early 2020. The ring appears to be an organized campaign. This lines up with reports such as this one, in which Radhika Desai says International Manifesto Group was set up shortly after the covid-19 pandemic.
-
On Nov. 7 2020, Zhang Wei Wei, appears on No Cold War webinar jointly organized by Chongyang Institute (Renmin) and Renmin University of China. Zhang is the director of China Institute and a professor at Fudan University. He has given a speech to the Politburo of the Chinese Communist Party about strengthening China’s international propaganda.
