iChongqing Chongqing International Communication Center (CICC) is a pro-CCP propaganda outlet, self-described as the "first provincial-level professional overseas communication agency in the country". It is where many of the foreigner propagandists begin their journey into CCP propaganda.

The Foreign Affairs Office of the Chinese Communist Party signed a cooperation agreement and the Central Propaganda Department approved Chongqing Daily Newspaper Group to operate and manage it.
