Loose Consensus
Loose consensus is a property of decentralized information systems such as WikiNostr and DCoSL. In a decentralized information system, each user has an independent view of the entire system, but some other users will share a largely similar view. In some areas, fragmentation divides the users into mutually exclusive communities, each with their own loose consensus.
